尊敬的各位来宾，女士们，先生们：
金秋九月，历史文化名城遵义迎来了“中国-东盟创新药物研发及产业化研讨会”的召开，在此，我谨代表贵州省教育厅对研讨会的顺利召开表示热烈的祝贺！对长期以来关心和支持贵州教育发展的各位领导和嘉宾表示衷心的感谢和崇高的敬意！遵义医学院的同志们为研讨会的成功举办做了大量工作，我对此表示由衷的谢意！
Distinguished Guests, Ladies and Gentlemen,
In this golden September, the China-ASEAN Symposium on Development & Industrialization of Innovative Medicines is to convene in Zunyi, a famous historical and cultural city. Here, on behalf of Education Department of Guizhou Province, I would like to extend my warmest congratulations for the successful convention of the Symposium, and also express my sincere gratitude and highest respect for the leaders and guests who concern and support the development of education in Guizhou for quite some time! Besides, the staff of Zunyi Medical College has done a lot of work for the holding of the Symposium, thank you!
近年来在省委、省政府的正确领导下，我省高校改革发展取得了长足进步。办学质量不断提高，在国家重点学科、教育部重点实验室和一级学科博士点等重要办学平台建设上取得重大突破，人才队伍建设不断加强。按照省委书记赵克志同志的要求，开放是提升高校办学水平的关键一招。全省高校坚决贯彻克志书记“贵州扩大对外开放，高校要率先”的重要指示，以开放促进高校发展，进一步加强与国内外高校的交流合作，“中国-东盟教育交流周”为我省高校带来了与东盟十国上百所高校及教育机构合作的机会。各高校要大力开放国际交流合作，多与其他国家和地区的高校建立学生互换、学分互认、学位互授机制。同时，各高校还要加强与地方政府、与企业、与各类科研机构的合作。这次在遵义召开“中国-东盟创新药物研发及产业化研讨会”，是大家分享智慧、凝聚共识的良好互动平台，也是我省学习东盟国家先进经验，了解和把握东盟教育改革发展趋势的一次很好的机会。希望通过这次研讨会，进一步加深了解，促进友谊，使中国和东盟建立更广泛的合作关系。希望遵义医学院能够依托本校药学学科在创新药物研发及产业化中发挥更大的作用。
In recent years, under the leadership of the provincial Party Committee and government, Guizhou province has made considerable progress in reform and development of colleges and universities. The quality of education is continuously improving, and major breakthroughs are made in the national key disciplines, key laboratory of the Ministry of Education, doctoral program of the first-level disciplines and other important educational platforms. Our talent team construction has continued to be strengthened. As Zhao Kezhi, the Provincial Party Secretary, requires, openness is the key to enhance the level of running a college or university. Colleges and universities in Guizhou resolutely implement the instruction of Secretary Zhao, that is, "To open wider to the outside world in Guizhou, colleges and universities take the lead." Promote the development of colleges by openness and make further efforts to strengthen exchanges and cooperation with domestic and foreign colleges. This "China-ASEAN Exchange Week on Education" offers colleges and universities in our province opportunities to cooperate with more than one hundred colleges, universities and educational institutions from ten countries of ASEAN. Colleges and universities should vigorously encourage international exchanges and cooperation, and establish more mechanism of student exchange, mutual recognition of credits, and degrees granted to each other with colleges of other countries and regions. Meanwhile, the university also strengthen cooperation with local governments and enterprises, and various research institutions. This time held in Zunyi "China-ASEAN Symposium on Development and Industrialization of Innovative Medicines," is to share wisdom, good interactive platform for consensus, but also the province to learn the advanced experience of the ASEAN countries, ASEAN to understand and grasp the development trend of education reform a good opportunity. We hope that this symposium to further deepen understanding, promote friendship, so that China and ASEAN to establish more extensive partnership. Hope Zunyi Medical College School of Pharmacy disciplines can rely on innovative medicine development and industrialization play a greater role.

在过去的5年中，前五届“中国-东盟教育交流周”取得了丰硕的成果，今年时值中国—东盟建立战略伙伴关系十周年。我希望在中国和东盟各国广大教育战线的同志们的共同努力下，第六届“中国-东盟教育交流周”一定会取得更大的成绩，希望“中国-东盟创新药物研发及产业化研讨会”为我国和东盟各国经济社会发展贡献力量！
Ladies and Gentlemen,
In the past five years, the first five "China-ASEAN Exchange Week on Education" has achieved fruitful results, this year, a time when China-ASEAN strategic partnership tenth anniversary. I hope that China and ASEAN countries in the education front, the joint efforts of comrades, the 6th "China-ASEAN Exchange Week on Education" will certainly make greater achievements, hope "China-ASEAN Symposium on Development and Industrialization of Innovative Medicines" ASEAN countries for China's economic and social development and contribute!
