经过一个半月的准备与筹划，在学生工作部等相关职能部门的配合下，7月4日上午9:30，学校2018届本科生毕业典礼暨学位授予仪式在学校会堂隆重举行。学校党委副书记、校长喻田，党委副书记田宗远，党委副书记黄华玲，副校长李春鸣，党委副书记刘建国，党委委员、副校长王子正，党委委员、副校长余昌胤，党委委员、副校长蔡善君出席。学校相关职能部门与各院系党政负责人、学生辅导员、教师代表、家长代表、国际教育学院部分学生、在校生代表和2018届本科毕业生参加。
After one-and-a-half-month planning and preparation, the 2018 undergraduate graduation ceremony and commencement ceremony of the Zunyi Medical University (ZMU) was held successfully in the assembly hall at 9:30 a.m. on July 4, under the organization of the Administrative Office of ZMU and cooperation of such relevant departments as the Department for Student Affairs. The ceremony was attended by President Yu Tian, Deputy Secretary of the CPC Committee of ZMU, Professor Tian Zongyuan, Deputy Secretary of the CPC Committee of ZMU, Professor Huang Hualing, Deputy Secretary of the CPC Committee of ZMU, Professor Li Chunming, Vice President of ZMU, Professor Liu Jianguo, Deputy Secretary of the CPC Committee of ZMU, Wang Zizheng, Member of the CPC Committee and Vice President of ZMU, Professor Yu Changyin, Member of the CPC Committee and Vice President of ZMU, and Professor Cai Shanjun, Member of the CPC Committee and Vice President of ZMU, etc.. In addition, it was attended by heads of all related departments, student counselors, teacher representatives, parent representatives, some students of the School of International Education, representatives of students and 2018 graduates.
为给2018届本科毕业生留下了一个难忘有意义的毕业典礼，学校办公室充分讨论，创新形式，认真组织节目与编排。对选拔参加毕业典礼发言的毕业生代表与在校生代表进行演讲态势培训，帮助她们克服紧张情绪以良好的状态和饱满的情绪上台发言；组织声乐指导老师对新组建的大学生合唱团与小提琴演奏爱好者进行了近两个月的紧张排练；协调拍摄与制作毕业典礼相关VCR,并多次演练确保各环节衔接准确。
In order to give graduates an unforgettable and meaningful graduation ceremony, the Administrative Office had a full discussion about innovative forms and carefully organized programs and arrangements. Also, they had a posture training for the student representatives who gave lectures in the graduation ceremony to help them overcome the tension and deliver the lecture in a good condition and full of emotions; invited the vocal tutor to rehearse the newly-formed college choir and violin playing; and coordinated the shooting and production of VCR for the graduation ceremony as well as many rehearsals to ensure the accuracy of all links.
在毕业典礼上，喻田校长亲切地说道：“无论你走多远，母校都会一直守望着你，牵挂着你，支持着你，永远是你坚强的后盾和可靠的港湾。期待着你们能够成为展翅的大鹏，搏击长空，期待着你们的捷报频传。”
At the ceremony, President Yu Tian kindly said: "No matter how far you go, your alma mater will be always keeping watching on you, caring about you, and supporting you. We will always be your strong backing and reliable harbor. We look forward to seeing you become a great hawk spreading his wings and fighting in the sky and expect your frequent news of victory."
“海一般的胸怀，托起生命的航船。山一般的气概，谱写生命的华章。”当学生合唱团唱响校歌《托起生命的航船》，熟悉的旋律再度萦绕耳畔，不少同学眼中已是热泪盈眶。歌声里激荡着遵医毕业生的青春回忆，更饱含着他们对母校的感恩与祝福。
"The general mind of the sea, holding up the ship of life. The general spirit of the mountain, compose the fancy prose of life." When the student choir sang the school song "Holding up the Ship of Life", the familiar melody once again lingered in the ears, and brought many students to tears. The song evoked the youthful memories of the graduates of the ZMU, and it was full of gratitude and blessings to their alma mater.
毕业典礼在小提琴四重奏《友谊地久天长》中落下帷幕。毕业生们即将开启人生的新篇章，在这个收获喜悦的季节，办公室的每一位同志也将秉承团结高效、周密热情的工作作风，更好地服务全校师生。
The graduation ceremony ended in the violin quartet "Friendship forever". Graduates are about to open a new chapter in their lives. In this season of joy, every member of the office will also adhere to a working style of unity, efficiency, and enthusiasm to better serve the teachers and students of the university.
