第一条 贵阳荣获2012中国大陆最佳商业城市称号
导：近日，在2012福布斯中国城市投资与发展论坛暨2012福布斯中国大陆最佳商业城市颁奖典礼上，贵阳市荣获“2012年中国大陆最佳商业城市”称号。
《福布斯》杂志是美国历史最悠久的商业杂志之一。《福布斯》中文版于2003年正式登陆中国后，作为权威的第三方媒体评估机构，已连续9年举办“中国大陆最佳商业城市”奖项评选，其评选结果已成为广大投资者、企业家寻找投资目的地、对比城市间优势的重要参考。
本年度中国大陆最佳商业城市评选，是以中国大陆650余个城市为评选范围，从中选择地区生产总值排名前130位的城市作为候选城市，依据该地区人才指数、城市规模指数、消费能力指数、客运指数、货运指数、私营经济活力指数、创新指数共8项指标综合评分得出的榜单。最终，贵阳、广州、深圳等18个城市荣获了“2012年中国大陆最佳商业城市”的称号。
Guiyang—2012 Best Commercial City
Lead: Guiyang was listed “2012 Chinese Best Commercial Cities ” at the Forbes Chinese Cities Investment and Development Forum.
Forbes is one of the oldest business magazines in the United States, and as anauthoritative assessment agency for the third party media, its Chinese version was published in 2013. From then on, the competition of Chinese Best Commercial Cities, whose results could better help investors and entrepreneurs ensure investment destinations through comparing respective advantages of these cities, has been held for nine consecutive years.
Based on the gross regional domestic product, 130 candidate cities were selected from more than 650 in Chinese Mainland. And take into consideration eight indexes (talent index, index of city scale, index of consumption capacity, passenger and freight transportation index, and index of private economy vigor), Guiyang, Guangzhou, Shenzhen and other 15 cities were honored as 2012 Chinese Best Commercial Cities.
第二条 4月我市空气质量优良率100%
今年4月，我市空气质量呈现5天优、25天良，首次全月达到优良，优良率为100%。今年前4个月，我市空气质量优良率呈逐月上升趋势，优良率分别为54.8%、71.4%、96.8%、100%。
April’s Good Air in Guiyang
The excellent and good rate of air quality in Guiyang first reached 100% in April,5 days excellent and 25 good. And the rate increased month by month in the first four months of this year, 54.8%, 71.4%, 96.8% and 100% respectively.
第三条 创新社区公益服务“友邻之家”试运营
导：近日，观山湖区首个“友邻之家” 公益服务中心正式试运营。“友邻之家”是世纪城社区探索社会管理创新搭建的社区公益服务平台，旨在为和谐社区创建探索新路。
试运营当天，社区的300余位老人和居民来到公益中心，当场就有100余人报名参与友邻之家老人低价健康午餐服务项目。
【同期（17秒） 社区居民：这个友邻之家很好，我和老伴一起来的，我们两个都是有病的人，所以在家里面做饭啊，做菜啊觉得很困难，这解决了我们的后顾之忧，我们觉得社区办了一件大好事。】
记者在“友邻之家”看到，一些老年人在志愿者的带领下做养生保健操，11时30分，工作人员准时为老年人送来三菜一汤的午餐。
【同期（8秒）：社区居民：我老伴走得早，一个人又懒得做，天天做了又做不了好吃，在这里吃起来又热闹。】
一个“友邻之家”综合服务人群约5000至10000人，今年观山湖区将创建6个社区“友邻之家”。结合“在社区得到服务”与“由社区提供服务”两种社区服务模式，由志愿者为社区居民提供有价值的服务。
【同期（15秒）：世纪城社区团委书记张丽娜 世纪城社区目前人口是12万多人，老年人口占了4万多人，为了解决社区养老和托幼问题，所以我们创办了友邻之家。】
“友邻之家”可为社区居民提供老人健康餐饮、儿童托管、儿童成长支持教育等服务。新型公益服务模式将有效整合社区内部公益力量，让自助互助精神在社区生根发芽，促进温馨家园和和谐社区的形成。
Put Community Public Service Center into Operation
Lead: Recently, the first community public service center—“Home for the Elderly and Children” in Guan Shanhu District, officially entered the trial operation stage. The center, aiming to develop a new way to establish community harmony, was built by Century City based on the exploration of social management and innovation.
On the first day of trial operation, over 300 residents came to the center, of which more than 100 participated in the service program of providing low price and healthy lunch for the elderly.
Resident A: It is a pretty good service which solves our difficulties of cooking since we couple both have health problems. Anyway, our community really does a major good deed.
In the service center, some elderly people did health exercises together with volunteers and they also enjoyed their lunch on time ,three dishes and one soup.
Resident B: After my husband’s death, I’m bothered to cook because of loneliness, so having lunch here is good to enjoy happiness.
This year, 6 public service centers will be built in Guan Shanhu District and over 5000 to 10000 residents will benefit from each center. And volunteers will provide help for community residents according to modes of “ Services Obtained from Community” and “Services Offered by Community”.
Zhang Lina, Secretary of Youth League Committee of Century City: We have now more than 120,000 residents and among them the elderly are over 40,000. Therefore, we create the public service center to care for the elderly and children.
The “Home for the Elderly and Children” can supply healthy food for the elderly and care and education for children. The new pattern will integrate public power in the community to encourage self-help and mutual-help and to develop harmonious communities.
