全国文明城市是所有城市品牌中含金量最高、创建难度最大的一个，是反映城市整体文明水平的综合性荣誉称号。遵义市的文明城市创建从2007年开始，至今已有十年之久。为强力推进创文工作的开展，去年以来遵义市大力实施了“十大工程”。其中，“全民健身工程”的顺利推进,使得公共体育服务体系不断完善，遵义在健康活力的城建道路上正阔步向前。
National Model city of Social Development is the highest honor and the hardest title to get when it comes to awards for cities. It is a comprehensive honorary title that reflects the overall level of the city's ethical and cultural progress. Zunyi has been seeking for the title since 2007, an effort that has lasted for ten years. In order to vigorously accelerate the process, since last year Zunyi has implemented the "top ten projects”, and smooth progress has been made in the "National Fitness Project". As a result, public sports service system continues to improve, and Zunyi is striding forward in the road of becoming a healthy and vibrant city.

Citywide Fitness Brings a New Healthy Life
【配音】今年4月，历经多年建设的红花岗区体育运动中心迎来了首个国际性体育赛事——“2017昆仑决世界极限搏击赛遵义站”来自泰国、葡萄牙、日本、俄罗斯、巴西、荷兰、澳大利亚等11个国家的30名世界顶尖运动员，展开激烈搏击，给遵义人民带来了前所有未的视觉盛宴。像这样的大型活动，近日来红花岗区体育运动中心多次进行了举办。
In April this year, after years of construction, Honghuagang Sports Center held its first international sports event—2017 Kunlun World Ultimate Fighting Championship (Zunyi Division). 30 world-leading fighting athletes from 11 countries like Thailand, Portugal, Japan, Russia, Brazil, Netherlands, and Australia took part in the fierce fight, and brought a great visual feast to the locals. Grand events like this have been held in the Honghuagang Sports Center in recent days.

【配音】据了解，红花岗区体育运动中心总占地面积85亩，是目前西南地区设备最全、规模最大的室内单项比赛场馆。同时，主场馆外还建有4个5人制足球场、3个室外篮球场、2个网球场、1个50米长的标准室外游泳池和400米长的环形步道。
It is revealed that Honghuagang Sports Center covers an area of 85 Mu, and is the most well-equipped and largest indoor individual competition venue in southwest china. At the same time, outside the main stadium, there are four futsal soccer fields, three 3 outdoor basketball courts, two tennis courts, one 50-meter-long standard outdoor swimming pool of and one 400-meter-long circular trail.
【配音】作为遵义市文体功能性配套设施建设的重要组成部分，占地300多亩的播州区体育中心，也正在进行紧张施工，有望在今年8月份投用。
As an important part of functional facilities of cultural and sports in Zunyi, Bozhou Sports Center, which covers an area of 300 Mu, is also under construction and will be put into use expectedly in August this year.
【同期声】播州区体育中心项目部经理 任华军 整个室外园林已经完成了百分之九十（接）室内呢就剩下精装修部分，其他水电，以及各专业包括钢结构幕墙铝板都已经完工。
Ren Huajun, Project Manager of Bozhou Sports Center:
90% of the outdoor garden has been completed. What is left undone is just decoration. Others like water and electricity, steel structure, curtain, wall and aluminum plates are all in place.
【配音】全民健身，基础先行。根据遵义市政府的规划，要确保每个街道有晨晚练体育活动点5个以上，人均体育场地面积大于1.08平方米。同时还提出各县市区每年要举办一次综合性全民健身活动。作为项目抓手的“全民健身工程”，共有12个项目，总投资120.3亿元，截至4月底已开工11个，其中已完工项目6个。
Basic facilities are a prerequisite to citywide fitness. According to the plan of Zunyi municipal government, there must be more than 5 sports sites at each street, and the per capita area of sports must greater than 1.08 square meters. Besides that, the government also proposes that every county and district should organize a comprehensive national fitness program every year. As the main starting point, Citywide Fitness covers 12 projects with a total investment of 12.03 billion yuan. By the end of April, 11 projects have been started, of which 6 have been completed.
就业创业工程稳步推进
Project of Employment and Entrepreneurship Steadily Promoted
【口播】“经济持续快速健康发展，居民生活水平稳步提高”是文明城市评选的重要标准之一。遵义市以“大众创业，万众创新”为战略引领，以园区建设、现代农业等为抓手，“就业创业工程”开展的如火如荼。
【OC】 "sustained and rapid economic development, as well as the steady improvement of people’s living standards", is one of the important criteria for the selection of Model City of Social Development. Guided by the strategy of “promoting public entrepreneurship and mass innovation", Zunyi city has chosen park construction and modern agriculture as the starting point, and the promotion of employment and entrepreneurship is in full swing.
【配音】在南部新区深溪镇，由重庆盈田置业发展有限公司与遵义市合作打造的盈田工谷产业园已经建成。据了解，以智能终端制造、航空航天配件、消防器材为主的这一产业园，可容纳100多家企业入驻。
Located in Shenxi Town, Southern New District, and built by Chongqing Property Corporation and Zunyi city, Yingtan Industrial Park has been built up. It is understood that the industrial park, specializing in intelligent terminal manufacturing, aerospace accessories, and fire-fighting equipment, can hold more than 100 corporations.

Qing Xingze, Manager of Zunyi Yingtan Industrial Park:
The whole park’s main business is in labour-intensive high-end manufacturing. We can provide about 10,000 employments here.
【配音】在打造工业项目带动就业的同时，现代观光农业也是遵义市主抓的一大产业。家住播州区龙泉村的村民陈明秀，自花香龙泉生态园启动建设以来，就开始在这里上班，现在已经是一名熟练工人了。
Along with the employment-oriented industrial projects, the modern touring-agriculture is also one of the important industries in Zunyi. Chen Mingxiu, who lives in Longquan village, Bozhou district, has been working in Longquan ecological garden since it was just launched. Now she is already a skilled worker.
【同期】播州区龙泉村村民 陈明秀：这里离家又近，一个月有两千多元钱，在这里面上班还可以学到很多农业技术。

The garden is closer to my home, and I can earn more than 2000 Yuan every month. At the same time, I can learn some agricultural techniques here.
【配音】毕业于吉林农业大学的梅建飞，现在是“花香·龙泉生态园”智能温室大棚的管理人员，大学时主攻的设施农业专业现在派上了用场。
Mei Jianfei, graduated from Jilin Agricultural University, is the manager of the intelligent greenhouse in Longquan ecological garden. His major protected agriculture has now come in handy.
【同期】花香龙泉生态园工作人员 梅建飞：我们家乡正在建设绿色产业科技产业，国家也提出了科技兴农的发展观念，我觉得我能用我所学的知识，参与到家乡的科技农业的队伍中去，这是一件非常有意义非常有价值的事情。
Mei Jianfei, a worker with Longquan Ecological Garden:
Green industry and science and technology industry are being built up in my hometown. The country has also put forward the concept of “reinvigorating agriculture through science and technology”. For me, it is of great significance and value to use my knowledge and join in the team.
【配音】如今，花香龙泉生态园的常年务工人员稳定在70人左右，其中大部分都是附近村民，随着园区建设的加快推进，用工需求还会进一步增加。
The number of the workers of Longquan Ecological Garden stands at around 70 throughout the year; most of them are nearby villagers. With the acceleration of the park construction, the employment demand will increase further.
【同期】遵义众和诚投资有限责任公司 董事长 仇义明：在未来三至五年，把我们这个园区打造成4A级的旅游休闲观光园区，（接）让更多的返乡农民工，大学生有志青年和我们共同创业。
Qiu Yiming, president of Zunyi Zhonghecheng Investment Co., Ltd.:
In the next 3 or 5 years, we plan to build the garden into a 4A class tourist leisure sightseeing park, and in this way, we will have more returned migrant workers, university graduates and other ambitious youngsters working with us.
【配音】据了解，去年7月以来，遵义市先后启动实施了14个创业就业工程项目，涉及高端制造、现代物流、科技农业、酒店宾馆等，总投资218.58亿元。目前已全部开工，其中已完工项目2个，累计完成投资42.77亿元，占总投资的19.57%。2017年计划完成投资56.49亿元。
It is understood that since last July, Zunyi has started and implemented 14 Employment and Entrepreneurship projects, involving high-end manufacturing, modern logistics, science and technology, agriculture, hotels and so on, with a total investment of 21.858 billion yuan. At present, all projects have been started, of which two have been completed, with a total investment of 4 billion 277 million yuan, accounting for 19.57% of the total investment. It is planned to complete an investment 5.649 billion yuan.
教育资源均衡发展

【口播】在文明城市创建过程中，遵义市始终把教育投资放在重要地位。通过新建、改建、扩建一批学校，促进优质教育资源均衡布局与发展。目前，全市实施的29个“优质教育工程”项目，已全部开工建设。
【OC】In the process of creating a civilized city, Zunyi City has always put educational investment as one of its top priorities. The city has newly built, renovated and expanded a number of schools to promote the balanced distribution of quality education resources and development. At present, the city's 29 "quality education projects", have all been under construction.
【配音】这是遵义市第七中学改扩建后的第二个学期，新建的两栋教学楼刚刚投入使用。下午一点半，七年级9班的同学们，正在上语文课。老师借助“班班通”多媒体教学设备，激发学生学习兴趣与互动参与，把一堂课上得生动有趣，进一步激发了学生的求知欲。
This is the second term of the seventh middle school in Zunyi, the two new teaching buildings have been just put into use. At half past one in the afternoon, students in class seven, grade 9 are having a Chinese lesson. The teacher makes use of multi-media teaching equipment to stimulate students' learning interest and interaction, making a class lively and interesting, and further stimulating the students' thirst for knowledge.

Our school is very beautiful, and the classroom is very spacious and bright. Our teachers are very nice and skillful in teaching and able to provide guidance. The classmates are very polite and active in learning. I feel very happy and proud to be here as a student in this school.
【配音】新的遵义市第七中学由原遵义市七中，与原红花岗区忠庄中学合并重组而成，并在忠庄中学的原址上，扩建了新校园。目前，该校共有39个教学班，在校学生1779人，教职员工157人。
The new seventh middle school was originated from the original seventh middle school and Honghuagang District Zhongzhuang middle school. The new campus was an expansion of the original Zhongzhuang middle school. At present, there are 39 teaching classes, 1,779 students, and 157 teaching and administrative staff.

Min Changlan, a teacher with the seventh middle school:
New school, new life. We have all come to the school, and we have made every effort to impart professional knowledge, and educate the children well, as a guide of their knowledge and morality.
【配音】据了解，新七中改扩建工程只完成了三分之一的工程量，还有多栋教学楼、综合楼以及师生食堂、运动场等正在加快建设，明年秋季将全部建成。届时，新七中将成为遵义市中心城区单体最大的初级中学，规划48个班，可容纳学生2000多人。
It is understood that only 1/3 of the expansion project of new seventh school has been completed. Many teaching buildings, complex buildings, canteens, sports fields, etc., are under fast construction. It will be completed next autumn, by then, the new seventh school will become the single largest junior high school in downtown of Zunyi. It is planned to open up 48 classes, which can accommodate more than 2,000 students.

Chen Jianan, principal of the Seventh Middle School of Zunyi:
With the improving construction of the campus, we will integrate quality educational resources to provide a good environment for students to grow up, and strive to make education satisfy the people’s expectations.
【配音】在改扩建一批学校的同时，遵义市还加快部分城区学校的搬迁步伐。新建的第二十二中学校园总占地面积近300亩，将修建教学楼10栋、学生宿舍6栋，另外还将配套建设图书馆、综合楼、师生食堂、操场、游泳馆等，计划办学规模为100个教学班，在校学生5600人。和原来的老校区相比，新校区的办学条件和功能配套都将更加优越。
During the reconstruction and expansion of a number of schools, Zunyi also speed up the relocation of schools in some urban areas. The new twenty-second middle school campus covers an area of nearly 300 Mu, 10 teaching buildings and 6 dormitories will be built here. In addition, support buildings like library, integrated buildings, canteen, playground, and swimming pool are also in plan. The school will run 100 classes with 5600 students. Compared with the old campus, new campus enjoys better conditions and functions.
（大景过度）全民健身工程、就业创业工程、优质教育工程都是遵义市在创建全国文明城市过程中的奋力之举。涉及交通、医疗、法治、科技、环保等方面的“十大工程”，总投资为892.6亿元，共239个项目。如今，十大工程正在稳步推进，遵义市的公共生活环境质量、公共服务水平、公共精神文化生活等各方面，必将在现有基础上有显著提升。
Citywide Fitness Project, Employment and Entrepreneurship Project, and Quality Education Project are big endeavors in making Zunyi a National Model city of Social Development. The “Top Ten Projects”, involving transportation, medical treatment, the rule of law, science and technology, environmental protection and so on, with a total investment of 89.26 billion yuan in 239 projects. Today, the ten top projects are steadily advancing, which will make Zunyi's public living environment quality, public service level, Public ethical and cultural life, and other aspects improved significantly on the existing basis.
